Thank you for shopping with An Tamdah. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer reliable shipping across Bangladesh and international delivery (where available).

Inside Dhaka City: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.
Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.

(Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.)

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and package weight.
Inside Dhaka: Standard flat rate 80 BDT.
Outside Dhaka: Standard flat rate 150 BDT.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
You can track your order status using the courier partner’s tracking portal.

5. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted but fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the customer will be responsible for re-delivery charges.

6. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, customs issues, or courier problems. However, our support team will help track and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
